Tien Sher’s Founder, Charan Sethi was so impressed by the unique people and community spirit in Whalley that he made a commitment to begin the revitalization of the area with a development centered around art, culture, connection and entertainment.
On the 4.3 acres of land that runs north from 107A Avenue to the Flamingo hotel’s north side and from Whalley Boulevard east to King George Boulevard, Tien Sher has engaged the community to build a people-focused development that encompasses the human need for connection, art, culture and vibrancy.
